This is the first in a series in which overzealous cops (aka Pork) get caught doing stupid things on video. While there are plenty of officers that do a good job both protecting & serving, there are also plenty that just don't know when to stop. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. This genius pulled a gun on a crowd of D.C. citizens engaged in the most innocent of winter pastimes: the snowball fight.
The Washington D.C. Office of Police Complaints' toll-free hotline, (866) 588-0569, allows citizens to report complaints 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
